Autism & ADHD Support

If you’re autistic, have ADHD, or identify with both, you’re welcome here. I work with people who experience the world differently — whether that’s through sensory sensitivity, executive function struggles, or the emotional impact of feeling out of step in a neurotypical world.

There’s often a natural crossover between autism and ADHD, and I tailor my approach to support these shared and unique experiences. I aim to offer a steady, grounded space where you don’t have to mask, rush, or explain every detail — just be as you are.

My knowledge of ADHD has grown mainly through years of working with clients, listening carefully to what works and what doesn’t. I’ve also attended specialist workshops, and I continue to learn from those I support. While I don’t claim formal qualifications in ADHD, I bring lived insight and therapeutic experience that shapes my work every day.

If you’re looking for therapy that respects your pace and feels like a good fit for how your brain works, I’d be happy to hear from you.
